I'm Gary Tantanella. I spent more than 30 years as an all-around Ford mechanic and 25 years as a robotics technician. I know what it's like to be the person who gets called when the machine stops, and I know how hard it can be to find the next good job in a trade that most job sites don't understand.

Commercial kitchen equipment techs keep restaurants, hospitals, schools and coffee shops running. Fryers, combi ovens, walk-in coolers, ice machines, dish machines, espresso machines: when one goes down, a business is losing money until a tech shows up. Those jobs deserve a board of their own.
